A collaborative project with the restaurant “Kozue” at the Park Hyatt Tokyo in Shinjuku, under the theme,“Calligraphy and Cuisine.” The chef, Kenichiro OOE, beautifully presented the food prepared by him on the Arita and Karatsu wares designed by Suitou.
